Registration - T741 LRJ Chassis No. - VF32CKFXP40423021 M.O.T. - February 2023 Odometer - 17,000 This very tidy little automatic Peugeot has come to market as a result of its long-standing lady owner retiring from the road. Being offered at No Reserve, it has travelled a little over 17,000 miles from new – ie the equivalent of c.750 miles per annum! Finished in a pleasing shade of metallic blue and trimmed in a patterned blue cloth, ‘T41 LRJ’ has recently been treated to: the replacement of its cam belt, water pump and battery; the fitment of a set of brand new Nexen tyres; attention to the rear brakes; and an oil change. The service book has apparently been mislaid, but it is understood the car has been serviced and MOT’d annually by her local garage. The vendor informs us that the car ‘runs well and everything is in working order’. It is now being sold complete with sunroof and a current MOT valid into February next year. A potential bargain for anybody seeking a local runabout, transport for a university student etc. Introduced in 1998 as a replacement for the ever popular 205, the 206 is the best-selling Peugeot of all time, and is in fact still produced under license in Iran by IKCO. According to Autocar magazine it ranks 13th in the list of longest running, single generation models of car. Offered in the four guises of hatchback, saloon, estate and convertible, it also proved to be an effective weapon in motorsport, achieving World Rally Championship honours for Peugeot in 2000, 2001 and 2002. The 206 was replaced in 2006 by the not dissimilar-looking 207. In summary: • A mere c.17,000 miles and two owners from new • Recently benefited from a new cam belt, water pump, tyres and battery • Comes complete with a full year’s MOT
